Authors are invited to submit the extended abstract papers presenting new research results related to the subjects of the congress. All submissions must describe research that is not published or currently under review by another Conference or Journal. Areas of interest are listed in the subjects. Submit your paper via our website at www.ichec.ir

All submissions must be in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Format (Maximum size 3MB for each File).

Manuscripts according to the Paper Template-EN(Reach the format by clicking on Paper Template_En.doc or on Formatting Instruction icon). Papers must be in English and include all ingredients of a full paper (abstract, introduction, main results, conclusion and references) with maximum length of 6(six) A4 pages in PDF & Word format.
Filling the Declaration  Form (Reach the form by clicking on Declaration  Form) & Author's Information File (Reach the file by clicking on Author's Information File) are required. 

Authors are supposed to upload 4 files(extended abstract in word & pdf format, declaration form & author's information file in excel format). Please note that full paper is not required in this congress & the extended abstract will be evaluated by refrees. Accepted extended abstract will be available in the proceedings of the congress.

The Congress proceedings will be published and will be available on the first day of the congress for distribution.
