Abstract
In this study, experimental results of Cu-Transformer Oil nanofluid’s viscosity were investigated. Nanofluid’s viscosity changes, as function of temperature and volume fraction have been measured. The results show that, nanofluid’s viscosity increase with increasing volume fraction and exponentially decrease with increasing temperature. Some classical model were not able to predict the experimental results of viscosity’s changes but the new model that was offered by Masoumi et al. considers Brownian motion which has a good agreement by experimental results. Nanofluid’s viscosity changes with temperature have good agreement with Namburu’s experimental model.
