چکیده
Pegah Guilan Pasteurized Dairy Company is a manufacturer of dairy products and carbonated herbal extract beverages, which has implemented a Occupational Safety and Health Management System in 2017. Risk assessment and management are the basis for planning a control solution to risks. The positive effects of promoting occupational safety and health in the company can increase work motivation among workers and reduce work-related problems and abnormalities.In this regard, the present study aimed to identify hazards and assess risk using the William Fine method. And after breaking down the tasks and identifying the hazards associated with each task, the HSE team will first determine the severity risk of the outcomes, the occurrence probability risk and the exposure to risks rating of each activity that The score risk was then obtained by multiplying the above three numbers .In this study, 45 risks were identified, of which 2 (4.4%)risks at emergency level (urgent need for corrective actions), , 18 (40%) risks at abnormal level (requiring consideration and attention faster) and 25 (55.6%) risks at the level of natural risk. The highest level of risk is related to the risk of contact with acid and sodium in the transport and discharge of acid and sodium and inhalation of its vapors for CIP devices in the pasteurization and ambient noise chamber. These are as follows: Automation of CIP Pasteurizers from the CIP room and automation of profit and acid tanks to adjust the concentration of profit and acid, using a safety phone during operation.
