Humidity Sensing Properties of Graphene Oxide and PEGylation Film Nanosensor

Abstract
Graphene oxide (GO) and PEGylation film humidity sensor were investigated in this article. The film sensor was fabricated on flexible fiberglass with digi printed Au electrodes. GO suspension, afterwards PEG solution, was coated on the substrate and then, in order to assess the humidity sensing effect in a range of 11% relative humidity (RH) to 97% RH, the devices were characterized both in a humidity chamber at atmospheric pressure and environment temperature. The measured response and the recovery times of the GO@ PEG humidity sensors are 11 s. In addition, the recovery time was found to be somewhat longer, compared to the response time. Good humidity sensor repeatability was observed in 40 days. As last, the humidity sensing mechanism of the fabricated sensor was discussed in detail.
