This special congress will be held in the beautiful resort Island of Kish in the heart of the glorious Persian Gulf, with the year round sunshine and the pleasant temperatures of the month of November. This is in contrast to all of the previous congresses, which were held in major cities of Iran mostly at the universities. Kish Island has excellent recreational facilities, including the newly established convention center, resort luxury hotels, varieties of foods, sightseeing facilities and convenient international airport with frequent flights from major cities of Iran and the neighboring countries.
